So you want to get even with a debtor or three. Well just a few simple rules for our humble message board:

1. Don't post anything defamatory, insulting, untrue, knowlingly false or misleading.

2. Don't name names where it can identify an individual, partnership or other unincorporated organisation.

3. If you make reference to a Limited Company, only do so if the information you post is both accurate and in the public domain.

4. Don't discuss what credit terms or discounts you offer customers. You can for example refer to someone being a week late but you can't say how many days they would normally get.

After all said and done, we reserve the right without having to disclose reasons, to edit or delete any posting which we consider inappropriate and to bar or ban anyone who ignores the rules.
